U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 16-3414
U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota - St. Paul
[UNPUBLISHED] [Per Curiam - Before Loken, Murphy and Benton, Circuit Judges] Criminal case - Criminal law and sentencing. The district court did not err in rejecting defendant's guilty plea after he gave equivocal answers as to whether he had been forced to commit the offense; nor did the court err in denying an acceptance-of-responsibility reduction at sentencing based on its determination that defendant consistently claimed he had been coerced into committing the crime when the testimony at trial did not support the defense.
