U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 12-2164
U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota - St. Paul
[UNPUBLISHED] [Per Curiam - Before Loken, Melloy and Benton, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - Sentencing. Anders case. Defendant's own admissions established that he had violated 18 U.S.C. Sec. 922(g)(1) and that he had at least three prior convictions for separate offenses within the terms of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 924; as a result, the district court did not err in sentencing him to the statutory minimum.
