   Civil case - Class Actions. District court erred in certifying a class in
   an action alleging defendant violated a Minnesota Stat. Sec. 177.23; the
   varied context of the pizza delivery transactions made it unreasonable in
   some cases for customers to believe that the delivery charge was a
   payment for personal services and, as a result, the certified class of pizza
   delivery drivers does not meet the requirement of commonality and

   Criminal case - Criminal law. Even if a speeding violation did not
   provide probable cause to stop defendant's vehicle, the stop was justified
   based on a reasonable suspicion that defendant was traveling in tandem
   with a vehicle which had just been found to be carrying a substantial
